Items must be returned in their original luxury packaging with all certification documents included to be eligible for a full refund.

Secure Your Jewelry
Carefully place your jewelry, original certificates, and receipt inside the Almaza signature box, then pack it into a secure shipping carton.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid, fully insured shipping label provided by our team to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master gemologists verify the condition and authenticity of the piece, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
